We ship all packages via Canada Post linked from our web site (Canada Post via USPS for our USA clients).

Due to COVID-19 all shippers do not provide a shipping guarantee.

Refunds for late shipments can be directed to Canada Post directly.

Some shipments can take much longer to reach its destination.

All products are inspected (sometimes photographed) prior to shipping to ensure they are damage free.

Electrical components, special orders & special order helmets are non-returnable.

Vespa Toronto West will cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges.

We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on acceptable returns.
